Project History

Recent Service: December 2024

In December 2024, the Service Legacy Foundation traveled to La Paz, Mexico, where they built six homes for families in critical need—including single mothers, widows, and individuals with disabilities. Their outreach didn’t stop there. Volunteers also delivered 4,600 pounds of clothing to five wards and one branch scattered throughout the remote deserts of Baja California. Over 500 Christmas gifts were hand-delivered to children—many of whom had never received a holiday present before. The team also provided handmade quilts for new mothers, along with backpacks and essential school supplies to help local students thrive.

The Service Legacy Foundation is built on the belief that small acts of service can create lasting impact. They welcome support from anyone who wants to make a difference. If you’d like to be part of something meaningful this holiday season, scan the QR code to donate or visit our future projects page to learn more about getting involved. Together, we can light up lives with hope, comfort, and joy.

In December 2023, we embarked on a mission to rural Mexico, where we undertook a remarkable journey of service. Our team constructed seven homes and distributed over 5,400 pounds of clothing and shoes across five wards and branches.

Additionally, we provided 350 backpacks filled with essential school supplies, reaching communities where Mayan is the primary language and Spanish is secondary. These remote villages often go unnoticed, but Service Legacy Foundation is committed to reaching the most marginalized populations, ensuring they receive the support they deserve.
